Full time Admin/Bookkeeper assistant–2010 Environmental Works, Community Design Center 402 15th Avenue East Seattle, WA 98112

Environmental Works is a non-profit architectural and planning firm providing professional design services to agencies serving low-income populations in Western Washington. We have a staff of 19 and are located on Capitol Hill.

Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of administrative support/bookkeeping experience, knowledge of Deltek Vision software, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and InDesign. Demonstrated experience working independently and with a diverse team. Detail oriented. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong preference for individuals with experience in architectural offices.

Key Responsibilities are: q Provide administrative support to the Office Manager, Executive Director and staff architects. q Assist transition to Deltek Visions software. q Enter timesheets, budgets, new vendors and projects into Deltek Visions. q Run reports, assist with invoicing, accounts receivable, bank deposits. q Coordinate general office operations, including reception, telephones, mail, supplies, fax, and courier. q Interface with employees, clients, suppliers, and contractors. q Administer meeting minutes book and new project lists q Administer Outlook directory and multiple Calendars. q Administer special events and meetings. q Assist with proposals and marketing materials. q Administer public meeting room. q Update rosters, project notebooks, and board notebooks. q Update office website. q Other duties as necessary and assigned.

Compensation: $15-20 per hour 35-40 hours/week commensurate with experience
