Short Survey to help Identify Funding Streams for Community Design Centers, please participate

The Association of Community Design is working on an effort to identify a regular source of funding for community design centers. However, in order to do this effectively, we need to understand more about the exact structure and existence of existing CDCs, specifically those associated with universities or other parent organizations.
